Are there any setup fees?
Each customer we deal with is different. Smaller companies can get up and running immediately whereas larger companies may wish to look at data migration and our API. We'll discuss your requirements with you when you enquire.
Do you provide discounts for yearly plans?
Yes. We offer companies that pay for the year in advance a discount. If you chose to sign up for 12 months, we would offer it to you at the price of 10 months.
How does your pricing compare with other solutions?
Alternative solutions may charge based on the number of customers, introducers, and creditors. All DebtKit plans include unlimited customers, introducers, and creditors. Other solutions may also charge for every additional users. Start-up starts with 3 users, Growth with 10 users.
Am I locked in a contract?
No. Your contract is on a month-by-month basis and you can easily cancel. You can also export your data yourself at anytime.
DebtKit has the ability to send and receive large volumes of SMS and email messages. SMS packages can be purchased to enable DebtKit's SMS functionality, we can confirm the price for this when you enquire as we calculate the price based on your expected monthly volume. All DebtKit accounts come with 200,000 email messages a month, this can also be extended.
Do you provide a volume discount for large companies?
