You can add comments to an application to help you keep a record of all the communication with a client and the status of their application.
Adding a Comment
To add a comment, open an existing application.
On the Timeline, click in the Write Box to post a new comment.
The Write Box will give you options to post a comment, file, event and status. Make sure 'Comment' is selected and type your comment into the box provided.
You can also choose to attach a comment to a specific debt of the customer's. Once your happy, click the green 'Post' button.
Your comment will be posted to the timeline immediately along with any other previous comments which have been posted to the application.
