You can update the status of the application at any point once they customer has been added to DebtKit.
For example you can update an application when the pack has been returned or when their application has been approved.
Updating the Application's Status
To update the status, open an existing application.
On the Timeline, click in the Write Box to update the status.
The Write Box will give you options to post a comment, file, event and status. Make sure 'Status' is selected and choose the new stage and status from the drop-down lists provided.
You can also choose to attach a comment to the status change as well. Once your happy, click the green 'Update' button.
Your status will be posted to the timeline immediately along with any other previous status changes which have been posted to the application.
